Zoonie is a cloud-based platform and one of the very nobal projects of the trust Om Shri Siddhi Vinayak Foundaion in service to humanity that aims to transform the healthcare industry by reducing treatment costs and eliminating middlemen. Our mission is to provide affordable medical facilities to everyone, particularly the underprivileged.

The Need for Change:

In Uttar Pradesh, approximately 1.5 million people die every year due to lack of medical emergency services, treatment, and high costs. Middlemen and brokers exploit the poor, while money lenders take advantage of vulnerable individuals. We aim to protect the poor from these cruel practices and reduce unnatural deaths and mortality rates.

Our Solution:

Zoonie offers various medical facilities through specialized cards:

1. S.F. Health Credit Card
2. S. F.Health Platinum Card
3. S.F. Health Premium Card (categorized for convenience)

Empowering Women:

Our Women Empowerment program introduces the S.F. Health Credit Card, exclusively available to females. This card enables women to access affordable healthcare services, promoting their well-being and empowerment. Additionally, all family members (may be Male/Female) will be covered as beneficiaries, ensuring comprehensive support.

Budget Allocation:

Our initial budget for the Zoonie Credit Card facility is ₹50,00,00,000 (50 crore) per annum, per district in Uttar Pradesh. This budget may be adjusted based on future performance, returns, and emerging needs.

Target and Benefits:

Our target is to reach ₹3,00,00,000 (3 crore) people in Uttar Pradesh and make them relevant to the Zoonie platform. We aim to provide benefits worth:

• ₹72,00,00,000 (72 crore) per territory per annum in Uttar Pradesh.
• ₹51,84,00,00,000 (5184 crore) beneficial amount against platinum/premium cards per annum entire U.P.
• S.F healthcare Credit Card Beneficiary Budget Worth ₹21,600,00,00,000 (21600 crore) in entire Uttar Pradesh.

• Access Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Diagnostic Centers, Medical Stores and Ambulances with a single click on our mobile app.
• Empanelled institutions will provide relief to Zoonie members as per mutual agreement norms.
• No cash transactions; all deposits and payments must be made through the app.
• Instant receipts and updates on registered mobile numbers through SMS and WhatsApp.
• Transparency and records of all transactions on the app.

Registration and Updates:

New family members can be registered by updating the app, following our norms and guidelines.

TERMS & CONDITION:

S.F.HEALTH CREDIT CARD

✓. It is a completely women's empowerment program.
✓. Only married woman can be the applicant for the S.F.Health Credit Card facility.
✓. Every female member can utilise the S.F.Health Credit Card for medical emergencies and solutions only.
✓. The other family members shall also be covered under this card as a beneficiary may be mail or female, new born or old age.
✓. Married daughter can't be the beneficiary.
✓. This card has to be renewed after every one year.
✓. The new borns or any bride who joins the card holder's family after issuing the card can be registered by an easy updation process.
✓. The card holder may use the card benefits either for herself or for other family members too.
✓. Any interest is not applicable on the utilisation amount.
✓. But due to the basic needful things like salary, internet, social media and marketing expenses, promotions, staff salary, stationary, data storage management, bank charges, legalized charges/fee and other many more expenses every card holder has to pay 9% donation per annum on the utilised value as a beneficiary.
✓. Every card holder of category A to D has to pay a registration fee of 2.1% once in life.
✓. Every card holder of category E and F has to pay a registration fee of 2.5% once in life.
✓. Servise and maintenance charges shall be applied at every renewal like...
Cat-A 1 rupees per day.
Cat-B 2 rupees per day.
Cat-C 2 rupees per day.
Cat-D 3 rupees per day
Cat-E/F 5 rupees per day.
✓. No hidden charges shall be applicable.
✓. No cash shall be entertained.
✓. Every transaction shall be online only.
✓. NOC will be provided after the beneficiary deposits her credited amt. and finishes the outstanding in a proper way.
✓. At every transaction the members shall be updated and informed by general messages and whatsapp messages.
✓. Every change or update shall be notified by message tools on the RMN.
✓. Cat-A and B will be activated after 100 days from the issuing date.
✓. Cat-C to Cat-F shall be activated after 180 days from the issuing date.
✓. Your Registered Mobile Number shall be your password to access the app.

4. Upto 20% Discount on CT Scan.
5. Upto 20% Discount on MRI.
6. Upto 20% Discount in OPD Fee.
7. Upto 15-20% Discount in regular IPD(as per case).
8. 20% Discount in single day IPD.
9. 15% Discount in every surgery.
